Terms of Service

1. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone call, or walk-in. We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Same-day appointments are subject to availability.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 2+ hours before appointment: no charge
• Cancellations within 2 hours: 50% session fee may apply
• No-shows without notice: full session fee applies
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to therapist unavailability, with a full refund or reschedule offered

3. Health & Safety

Clients are required to disclose relevant medical conditions before treatment. We reserve the right to decline or modify treatments for health and safety reasons. Treatments are not provided to clients who are pregnant without prior written medical clearance.

4. Code of Conduct

Mantra Luxury Spa is a professional wellness facility. We maintain a strict policy of respect and professionalism. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of service without refund and may be reported to authorities.

5. Membership Terms

Memberships are non-transferable and valid for the duration stated at purchase. Sessions do not roll over beyond 30 days of expiry. Memberships cannot be paused or refunded once activated.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost gift cards cannot be replaced.

7. Liability

Mantra Luxury Spa is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings on the premises. Clients enter our spa at their own risk. We are not liable for any adverse reactions to treatments where health conditions were not disclosed prior to booking.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
