All sheets, towels, and pillowcase coverings are removed after each session. Sent to our hospital-grade laundry partner. Never reused. Fresh linens are set for every single guest without exception.
Equipment Sanitization
All reusable equipment — hot stone sets, massage accessories, therapy tools — undergoes a full 30-minute UV sterilization cycle. The cycle is logged and timed. No shortcuts.
Air Purification
Rooms are ventilated through the HVAC cycle between sessions. Fresh air is introduced, stale air removed. You walk into a room that smells of nothing — which is exactly right.
Therapist Hygiene
Hands are washed and sanitized immediately before entering your room. Professional uniforms are laundered daily. No therapist begins a session without completing this protocol.
Post-Session Deep Clean
All surfaces — the massage table, handles, side tables, floor — are wiped with WHO-recommended disinfectant solution. The room reset takes 15 minutes minimum. It is never rushed.

We use cold-pressed, pharmaceutical-grade carrier oils — Himalayan herb blends, Japanese Camellia, Almond, and Jojoba. Each oil is selected for a specific therapeutic purpose. They are dispensed from sealed, single-session portions — never from communal bottles that have been exposed to multiple sessions.
Hospital-Grade Textiles
Our linens are laundered by a commercial, hospital-grade laundry service using high-temperature wash cycles and medical-grade detergent. They arrive packaged and sealed. Disposable undergarments and hygiene barriers are single-use and sourced from certified medical suppliers.
WHO-Protocol Disinfectants
Surface disinfection uses EPA-registered, WHO-recommended formulations. These are not standard household cleaners — they are the same products used in clinical environments to eliminate bacteria, fungi, and viral pathogens.
